PRIVACY STATEMENT
• All personal information and credit card information is received and processed through a secure encryption service to protect you.• Time-Warp.com uses “cookies” in our customer’s shopping experience. The cookie itself does not contain personal information although it will enable us to relate your use of this site to information that you have specifically and knowingly provided.
• Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we are NOT in the business of selling it to others.
• We work in conjunction with other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf. Examples include fulfilling orders, delivering orders, processing credit card payments, and providing customer service. They have access to address information needed to perform their functions, but may not use it for other purposes.• We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law; and other agreements; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Time-Warp.com, our users, or others.
• We reveal only the last four digits of your credit card numbers when confirming an order. Of course, we transmit the entire credit card number to the appropriate credit card company during order processing.
• It is important for you to protect against unauthorized access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to sign off and close your browser window when finished using a shared computer.
REFUNDS and RETURNS
Time Warp Comics and Games Refund Policy
Time Warp's refund Policy extends to all products. If a factory defect, shipping error occurs, or you are not satisfied, Time Warp will gladly exchange it at our cost or issue an in-house credit. If it is necessary to return or exchange a product please note:
*You must contact Time Warp within 5 business days of receipt of goods to obtain an "RA" code. We will not except any merchandise without a "Return Authorization Code".
*Customers are responsible for all returned merchandise shipping charges.
*Returned products must be accompanied by original packaging in brand new condition will all tags attached.
*A written explanation of the reason for return must be accompanied with a copy of the shipping invoice.
*All returns and exchanges must be received by Time Warp Comics within 30 business days from invoice date.
*All Shipping Fees are non-refundable.

Any merchandise sent to Time Warp Comics not meeting the above requirements will be refused
SHIPPING
Time Warp Ships all its books in well reinforced packaging, designed to restrict random acts of God and the post office from damaging your books.
We ship using Media Mail by Default, and all books shipped include Insurance and Tracking. Toys and figures are shipped by a calculated rate based on your location and the weight of the item. Customer has the option of purchasing insurance for these items, we recommend highly that you do, especially if you reside internationally. We will not be held responsible for the loss, damage or theft of uninsured toys, action figures or sculptures or any other non-book item. Ship without insurance at your own risk.
